Crank Distillery
This project was all about creating a brand that felt intentional and a bit more elevated than your average canned cocktail. I developed the full visual identity and packaging for a line of bourbon-based drinks—Mint Julep, Brown Derby, and Gold Rush—specifically for the Ontario craft market.
The concept, ‘Worth slowing down for,’ drove the design. I wanted the labels to feel sophisticated but still approachable, using a mix of clean typography and hand-rendered details to give them a custom, small-batch feel. From the individual 473ml cans to the boxed variety pack, the focus was on building a consistent system that looks as good on a shelf as it does at a weekend get-together.
